From Mortlake Rd:

Allan St comes off Mortlake Road opposite the Indoor Cricket and Tennis centres.  There is a Milk bar on the corner of Mortlake Road and Allan St.

From Donovan’s Rd:

Turn towards the city (South) into Queen’s Rd at the roundabout on Donovan’s Rd.  My rooms are on the left.  Turn left into Allan St and there is parking in the back yard where the entrance also is.
